Appeal Letter*

The student's appeal letter must be addressed to the Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs through the GEC Director. It should be in narrative form, especially if shiftee or transferee.

For special cases due to misadvising and administrative lapses, additional narrative letters from the Program Adviser, Student Records Evaluator, and other concerned parties shall be provided for the Committee's better appreciation of the appeal.

Justification Letter from the College Secretary*

The letter containing the justification/explanation for the GE crediting/substitution must be endorsed by the Dean/Director. This justification letter should NOT be based on misadvising, administrative oversight, and the unit's lapse of judgment.
